5 Hospitalised By Deadly Outbreak Of Mondayitis

Australians are being warned to avoid work for the next 24 hours after reports that a fatal new strain of the disease is in circulation.

Its being called the Ebola of ‘not feeling it’, and already this infection has 5 young Australians fighting for their lives.

Doctors aren’t certain what the cause is yet, but have narrowed it down to something about the feeling of going back to work after thoroughly enjoying not being there.

Symptoms include:

  • extreme irritability
  • artificially elongated bathroom breaks
  • a slow, shuffling, hunched-back walk
  • being ‘so not in the mood today’.

There is no known cure, however promising new treatments are being trialled in the form of quitting your job and doing something you actually enjoy.
